If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. To review your request, you may be required to send your order number, clear photos of the product, photos of the original packaging, photos of the shipping label, and a short video showing the issue when needed.
We cannot approve claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items without clear photo or video evidence. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, improper handling, accidental damage, or failure to follow product instructions are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
